pleasant hotel with exceptionally nice staff at reception desk, everything was good. we stayed in the standard room, it was new-fashioned. a bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. the location was unbeatable and excellent, to the industrial area of gebze and overlooking garden. there was burger king nearby to grab something to eat. we really enjoyed this place.

Breakfast was delicious, particularly nice views, MAGNIFICENT location just next door to a big shopping centre and town center and main attractions. The staff was affable and amicable. Appreciated my stay, had a really good experience.

The location to the Istanbul race track is excellent. The customer service is poor. The hotel will be good given time, but it has opened far too early. The rooms were only partly finished and the patio windows were not secure.

No pool or gym were available. No coffee making in the room was available.

nice hotel and there is an outlet attached to the hotel but i suggest to stay there only one or two nights

The shuttle service was good there was a porter named Amir, he has been very helpful

We asked room service for a scale (a small one) to weigh our luggage the answer we got was that you don't have it !! which is hard to believe especially in a five-star hotel like yours
